Dan, I completely agree with your request - but this is the wrong tracker. This
is something that needs to be done in the Linux kernel first. Once it's done in
the kernel, the glibc will do the needed changes - and this will be normally
done without further prodding.

Please talk to the kernel guys.

Marking as INVALID for glibc since the work needs to be done in the kernel.
