Bug #: 14912
Summary: Rename non-installed bits/*.h headers
Product: glibc
Version: 2.16
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: libc
AssignedTo: unassigned@sourceware.org
ReportedBy: jsm28@gcc.gnu.org
CC: drepper.fsp@gmail.com
Classification: Unclassified
In <http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2012-09/msg00305.html>, Roland notes
that the <bits/*.h> naming scheme is generally for installed headers, and so is
confusing for non-installed headers. The following bits/*.h headers are not
installed and should be renamed to reflect this: bits/atomic.h bits/libc-tsd.h
bits/linkmap.h.
