You probably used nscd when running the test. Otherwise you shouldn't have seen
a problem. I've adjusted the code so that if nscd is used we get the same
behavior. errno is set to 0 (not left unchanged). This is the more sensible
and also compatible behavior. The current cvs code has the changes.
