[Bug libc/3269] New: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

The error occured when i tried building crosscompiler for x86_64.
Steps i followed:
1. binutils-2.17
2. Installing glibc headers
3. Installing gcc (bootstrap)
4. Installing glibc [ error occured in this step ]
The exact error message is
./strtod_l.c: In function `____strtold_l_internal':
./strtod_l.c:1554: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
