[Bug libc/3137] New: Incorrect grammar/typos in some strings in glibc

In "conversion from `%s' and to `%s' are not supported"
it should say "conversions".

In "no output file produced because warning were issued"
it should say "warnings".

In "`%s' and `%.*s' are no valid names for symbolic range"
it should say "not".

In "cannot safe new repertoire map" "safe"?
I think it should be "save".

In "error getting callers id: %s"
it should say "caller's"

In "Error writing standard output"
there should be a "to"

See attached patch.
