[Bug libc/1342] glob doesn't strip backslashes with GLOB_NOCHECK

The current behavior is exactly right.  The standard states that if no patch is
found the list should contain 'pattern', which is the name of the parameter. 
There is no word that this value should be normalized.

If you disagree, bring this up with the POSIX committee.
