[Bug regex/1287] New: re_string_context_at problem (assuming previous 64-bit patch)

I missed an occurrence of a signed comparison in my patch to bug 1281.
Attached is a further patch to fix the problem.  Sorry about that.
I found this by turning on lots of mostly-spurious GCC warnings
and inspecting each one by hand.
