Current CVS doesn't build on alpha-linux, fails on ld.so linking with:
/home/users/qboosh/PLD/BUILD/libc/builddir/elf/librtld.os(.text+0x18): In
function `_dl_start_user' :: relocation truncated to fit: GPREL16 _dl_skip_args
I already reported this bug on libc-alpha, more details there:
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/libc-alpha/2004-06/msg00053.html
It happens when building using binutils which supports relro.
