missing makeinfo error in the 20080226 snapshot

hello,

I remember that this problem occurs in the mailing list once, and is
fixed in GDB 6.7.1. However it jumps into my eyes here again.

My version of makeinfo is:
makeinfo --version
makeinfo (GNU texinfo) 4.5
