I'm sorry to sound trite, but if they were documented somewhere else,
they wouldn't be called "undocumented".  I think this is simply a bug
in the manual.

I didn't find it's documented, I just simple read in previous topic that something like -var-create - @ exists. I want to find what it does exactly, but I cannot find anything about it :( by the way I noticed that it does what I've looked for :)
