Remove resume_section_map_updates_cleanup

This removes resume_section_map_updates_cleanup, replacing it with a
scoped_restore.

Tested by the buildbot.

	scoped_restore_tmpl<int>.
	(resume_section_map_updates, resume_section_map_updates_cleanup):
	Remove.
