Linking the BFD lifetimes sounds reasonable to me.
A possible gotcha is whether the DWO sections
are attached to the DWO BFD. If not perhaps a fix
for the gdb_bfd_requires_relocation bug is also needed.
Also, I think this bug affects dwz as well.
