[Bug python/15622] New: no "new thread" event

http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15622

            Bug ID: 15622
           Summary: no "new thread" event
           Product: gdb
           Version: HEAD
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: python
Assignee: unassigned at sourceware dot org
Reporter: tromey at redhat dot com

There doesn't seem to be any way for a python program in gdb
to detect that a new thread started in the inferior.
I think there should be a new event for this.
