Just removed unused libunwind_frame_base_address:

Therefore it is clear there has never been support for STABS
variables/parameters for frames unwound using libunwind.
As libunwind has ever been supported only on ia64 this PR is ia64 specific.
This is only a PR for the record, I do not plan to fix this.
