[Bug mi/10059] New: -target-select without arguments doesn't result in ^error


Notice:

-target-select
~"Argument required (target name).  Try `help target'\n"
^connected

vs:

-target-select foo
^error,msg="Undefined target command: \"foo\".  Try \"help target\"."
(gdb)

-target-select maps directly to CLI's "target" command, and ...

{
  fputs_filtered ("Argument required (target name).  Try `help target'\n",
		  gdb_stdout);
}

... this doesn't call `error'.
