if you use program-transform-prefix, dejagnu applies it to 'runtest' and 'runtest.exp' and 'config.guess' before installing them, which is not terribly useful for what I'm doing. I'm not sure when you'd ever want that behavior.
Besides, the runtest script is looking specifically for 'runtest.exp' and will fail to find the transformed name.
