Add the method target_trust_readonly_sections_p() to the target vector so that the ``set trust-readonly'' can use it.
The ``set trust-readonly-sections'' command would need to be updated so that (like the set remote protocol commands) would have the choices enable / disable / auto-detect.
This would, inturn allow the removal of that instruction cace code found in the i386.
