[PATCH v4 1/2] PRU Simulator port

I'd like to contribute a sim port for the TI PRU I/O processor. I did not
receive feedback for my v3 patch series. So after a bit of waiting I rebased
and I'm sending it again, with a few small fixes I've made meanwhile.

Changes since patch series v3:
  - A few corner case fixes in MUL/MAC emulation.
  - Rebase to latest top-of-tree.

Changes since patch series v2:
  - Moved RD macro to sim_step_once().
  - Reworded changelog to point that nltvals.def can safely be generated with
    vanilla libgloss sources.
  - Switched to the more standard ARRAY_SIZE, bfb_boolean, sim_io_eprintf.
  - Do not check "standalone" flag when abort_on_dmem_zero_access is checked.
  - Check memory map before defining a memory region.
  - Pass sd to RAISE_SIGILL macro.
  - Whitespace fixes.

Changes since patch series v1:
  - Added sim testsuite.
  - Added myself to MAINTAINERS
  - Regenerated sim/configure.
  - Updated C comments per review suggestions.
  - Forced LITTLE endian mode.
  - Switched to SIM_ASSERT/ASSERT/sim_io_error/sim_io_eprintf.
  - Added --error-null-deref command line option.
  - Switched to using sim_syscall and updated libgloss accordingly.
  - Switched to standard libgloss syscall IDs.
  - Made IMEM address space access checks depend on SIM_OPEN_STANDALONE, in
    order to prevent GDB breaking.
