I just added a "(tiny change)" in the ChangeLog entry to confirm that
we accepted the change as "small enough to not be legally significant".

While at it, since I started by first adding "(tiny patch)", and then
found from the reference above that this was slightly different from
what's actually recommended, I fixed all entries in the various
ChangeLogs to read "(tiny change)" instead (including mine).
