Hey Pierre,
I think we are still interested (I am, at least!). Sorry, I could not
really figure what is missing to review on your patch. You gave an
explanation on why you did not follow Joel's advice, and his silence
tells me that he's probably OK with your reasons. So, is there anything
else you want to be reviewed?
I glanced over the scripts once more (didn't really have time to do a
deep review this time, sorry), and could not find anything that caught
my attention. I also think that (a) they went through a lot of testing
and customization during all those RFA's, and (b) they are not really
critical to the project, so if there's something wrong with them we can
fix without having to worry much.
Anyway, with all that said, I think that they are pretty much OK for
pushing into the repository. But please keep in mind that I am not a
maintainer :-).
