cleanup some fors in the testsuite (was: Re: [PATCH] sigall.exp and friends: centralize signals list.)

	* gdb.base/sigall.exp: Use foreach+lrange instead of for+continue.
	* gdb.reverse/sigall-precsave.exp: Likewise.
