[commit] dwarf2read.c (statement_prologue): Delete, unused.


Heh, missed this one.
[It was right next to the #if 0'd out comp_unit_header.]

Perhaps this is here for documentation, but I'd rather just
use dwarf4.pdf (or whatever).
