RFC: remove guile support


This patch removes the Guile support.

I asked on guile-devel and apparently the current code is a little
bit-rotted.  Also the main developers seem not to use it.

So, I think it is best to just remove it.

Let me know what you think.  In the absence of comments I will check
this in after a reasonable period.
