[commit] dwarf2read.c: whitespace cleanup, part 2


Hi.

I committed this whitespace cleanup as well.

	(hash_expand, add_index_entry, add_indices_to_cpool): Ditto.
	(write_hash_table, add_address_entry, write_psymbols): Ditto.
