[patch][python] Merge missing type block functionality

In the recent block, symbol and symbol table merge, I missed some
functionality in py-type. This patch adds that functionality from the
archer branch.

What do you think?

Cheers,

Phil

	* gdb.texinfo (Types In Python): Describe block argument in
	template_argument and gdb.lookup_type.

2010-02-25  Tom Tromey  <tromey@redhat.com>

	* python/py-type.c (typy_lookup_typename): Add in block argument.
	If provided restrict lookup to specified blocks.
	(gdbpy_lookup_type): Likewise.
	(typy_lookup_type): Likewise.
