* Makefile.in (BFD_DIR,BFD,BFD_SRC,BFD_CFLAGS): Delete.
(READLINE_DIR,READLINE_DEP): Delete.
(INTERNAL_CFLAGS): Update.
(LINTFLAGS): Update.
