[RFA] gdbserver/Makefile.in cleanup [remove unused bfd, readline vars]


I can't think of a reason for these to be here.

	* Makefile.in (BFD_DIR,BFD,BFD_SRC,BFD_CFLAGS): Delete.
	(READLINE_DIR,READLINE_DEP): Delete.
	(INTERNAL_CFLAGS): Update.
