Subject: [commit/Ada] Delete dead ADA_RETAIN_DOTS macro

This is a macro that has been dead for many years now, but that we
forgot to garbage-collect. Now done with the following patch.

2008-09-30  Joel Brobecker  <brobecker@adacore.com>

        * ada-lang.c (ADA_RETAIN_DOTS): Delete this dead macro.  Update
        the code accordingly.

Tested on x86-linux. No regresssion.
Checked in.
