[commit/testsuite/Ada] Test printing of character types

Attached is a new testcase that would have failed if the following patch
hadn't been applied:

        * gdb.ada/print_chars/pck.ads, gdb.ada/print_chars/pck.adb,
        gdb.ada/print_chars/foo.adb: New files.
        * gdb.ada/print_chars.exp: New testcase.

Tested on x86-linux, and checked in.
