[patch/htdocs] Update schedule page

Hello,

I updated the schedule to include the timeline under which GDB 6.4 and
6.5 were released. And I also added the tentative release schedule for
GDB 6.6. Nobody had any comments, so I assumed everyone felt comfortable
with these dates.

Here is the patch:

        * schedule/index.html: Update schedule to include the history
        of the GDB 6.4 and 6.5 releases. Add tentative schedule for 6.6.
