Here's another copyright patch. As usual, I found the years from
ChangeLog + inspection of gdb releases back to gdb 4.10 in 1993,
the earliest gdb release that I have a test suite for.
Testing: tested on native i686-pc-linux-gnu, gcc v2 and v3,
dwarf-2 and stabs+, to make sure that I didn't break anything
by adding lines to a *.cc file.
I am committing this now.
