[patch] Add self as AIX maintainer

Hello,

I have just committed the following patch, reflecting my new duties
as AIX maintainer (after Peter and Kevin). I also took this opportunity
to update my email address in the write-after-approval section to my
prefered address (the other one works too, but I prefer that gnat one).
