[PATCH] i386bsd-nat.c s/regno/regnum/g

OK, this is completely silly, but I've decided that a regnum is a
regnum and not a regno, and to keep myself sane, I've renamed all
instances of regno in this file to regnum.

This patch also gets rid of FP0_REGNUM in favor of I386_ST0_REGNUM.

Committed,

Mark

	* i386bsd-nat.c: s/regno/regnum/g.
	(fetch_inferior_registers): Use I386_ST0_REGNUM instead of
	FP0_REGNUM.
	(store_inferior_registers): Likewise.
