[RFA/testsuite] Add testcase for included files

Hello,

this adds a new testcase for the problem described in:

    [RFC/dwarf-2] Add support for included files
    http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb-patches/2004-01/msg00015.html

        * gdb.base/sep.c: New file.
        * gdb.base/sep-proc.c: New file.
        * gdb.base/sep.exp: New testcase.
