[PATCH] Add support for OpenBSD/386


This patch adds OpenBSD/386 support.  Tested under OpenBSD 2.9.
Testsuite is in a pretty bad shape.  I'm not sure why.  OpenBSD 2.9
still uses a.out, so that may be it.  At least it seems to be usable.
