Just one more thought: we can make third book (GDB manual, GDB internals)
plus smth like 'GDB technicals' and include both annotate.texi and
gdbmi.texi there.
Even if it will not be accepted,
I think it is bad idea to make a 'garbage heap' from the GDB manual,
mainly intended for regular GDB users, not 'GDB hackers'.
