CPYCHECKER_RETURNS_BORROWED_REF.
* python/python-internal.h (CPYCHECKER_RETURNS_BORROWED_REF):
New define.
(pspace_to_pspace_object, objfile_to_objfile_object)
(find_thread_object): Use it.
