(create_breakpoint): Likewise.
(create_breakpoints): Likewise. Adjust call to
create_breakpoint.

(do_captured_breakpoint): Adjust call to
create_breakpoints.
(break_command, tbreak_command, hbreak_command)
(stopin_command, stopat_command): Adjust call
to break_command_1.
