* configure.ac (sim_mipsisa3264_configs): New variable.
(mipsis32*-*-, mipsisa32r2*-*-*, mips64*-*-*, mips64r2*-*-*): Make
every configuration support all four targets, using the triplet to
determine the default.
* configure: Regenerate.
