A question for ELF linker.

Hi,

I think the search order of ELF linker is wrong. It will
search all directories for shared libraries first no matter
if there is a static one in one of the directories.

I think we can copy sunos.em for it. In the meantime, I can
even add the major/minor version support.  Should I submit
a patch?
