The debugging format and GDB would certainly add a bunch of extra
work, but I really don't know how much.

They're COFF, so it shouldn't be too much problem there.

We're not workstation vendors (at least not myself, and I doubt that
Cygnus and the others on the list are).  What does this really
matter ?  PC's or not don't bother me, and Microsoft hasn't
just automatically pushed everything else out.
