Indeed, something *has* changed, as it didn't use to work this way.
The ftp server has been down as well, so maybe there is a general
upgrade going on with the server?
The FTP server seems fine to me. Must have been temporary.
Jifl, could you check what is going on please.
I can't see any problems. It all looks correct. The files should indeed be
readonly. The only exceptions are the CVS directories in the repository
(not a local checkout) and the fileattr file within there, which are
group-writable ecos, which is also correct.
Andrew's files are also consistent with the rest of the repository. So I'm
afraid I'll have to know more specifically what you think has changed :-).
e.g. Gary, if you think you are using cvs watch, what files are you watching?
