Fix AMD Flash Device - AM29LV033C

Subject: Fix AMD Flash Device - AM29LV033C

Discovered a quirk in the AMD AM29LV033C flash device that would prevent the
upper half from being erased (would fail the Sector Protect Verify command).
I've attached a patch that works around this by making use of the banked
flash mechanism.
