Thanks for the reply...looks like toolchains built using cygwin only can
be used with ecos on windows

In the ecos config tool you need to set two paths( Under Tools menu) :
1) build Tool 2)User Tool.
1)To set build tool ,you need to download arm cross compiler from
ftp://ecos.sourceware.org/pub/ecos/gnutools/cygwin/ and set the path to
folder
which contain the cross compiler
2)To set user tool path, you need to install cygwin and set the path
cygwin\bin
