Ups, there is my errata, it's need either undef FIX_GDB_ISR, or remove
this tweak at all, or downgrade the lcp{h,e,l}2294 packages to v1_0
version.  Certainly, you have to apply that Alexey's patch to test it.
I finish to test the tweaked lpc2xxx variant hal_diag.c for Olimex
LPC-H2294, LPC-E2294 boards. Alexey's innovation works just perfect for
me. The SIR (Spurrious Interrupts Report) did occur never on serial
debug channel
