Yes, I'm working with one, but it's custom ARM implementation built-in
into an ASIC. AFAIR, there was a chip, ARM7500FE (if I remember
correctly), that has been announced a few years ago and had FPA unit,
but I have no idea if it has been in fact manufactured.
Anyway, even if it's not hardware but software FP emulator, I bet it
uses standard ARM FP layout.
