Which GNU binary utility can convert the redboot.bin for MPC8245 ROM startup??

Hi All,

Environment:
CPU: MPC8245
Template: Cogent_PowerPC_8245
Package: RedBoot

After building the code, I found that the redboot.bin seems not be the
binary code
for ROM, Becase the code start in 0x0, but MPC8245 should start in 0x100.
Then
, do I need the binary utulity to convert the binary code for "ROM" startup
in
offset 0x100.

    Which GNU binary utility can convert the redboot.bin for MPC8245 ROM
startup??
