Take a look at CYGNUM_DEVS_ETH_INTEL_I82559_MAX_RX_DESCRIPTORS and
CYGNUM_DEVS_ETH_INTEL_I82559_MAX_TX_DESCRIPTORS.
There may be lots of other issues with regard to running multiple
ethernet interfaces. This has only ever been tested is certain
specialized applications.
