As I have the same toolchain, I confirm that the
proprietary Arm eXtended File (AXF) is the only
format accepted by ADS and RealView.
Of course there is no Elf to Axf converter.
Some solutions I propose are :
- try another toolchain/editor : Metaware accept many formats
- try another JTAG connection : Raven , Chameleon
