I bought the board the last year from an Italian company. The system include
LCD, Box, speaker and obviously the bord. The schematic's board look like
the INTEL EVB but with only SDRAM,SRAM,FLASH,CF,LCD,AUDIO, USB and RS232.
Redboot/Ecos runs with the MPC template.

You can use the arm-elf tools for the pxa25X, somewhere I heard that the
main difference to the xscale-elf tools is the name ;-)
What kind of hardware do you use ?
