RedBoot upload problem

Hi,
I'm trying to run an application on an i386 (using libhttpd). The app
itself is fine, but I'm having a problem with a second file that I'm
uploading. I have a procedure in my app that will read in data from a
binary file. However, I can't upload the file at all. The data file was
originally with an .ROH extension, from another application that creates
and uses the file. I removed the extension entirely, and that didn't
work either. The message I get is: "Unrecognized image type". Is there
any way I can get this to work?
